It is possible to provide limited support for older versions of Windows; however we do not support them because they are too far out of date and too expensive to support because these operating systems have been discontinued by Microsoft; and as such, we can not guarantee compatibility between hardware and software. Likewise, we can't guarantee solutions or even the availability of the necessary tools and software required to implement a fix such as such as driver software or System Restore CDs.
