How long have you been in business?
We have over 30 years experience, starting this company in 2004. We're based out of the Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota area.

Do you have a shop or an office I can come to?
No. In order to reduce overhead and stay competitive, we operate out of a private office. We are primarily a servicing company that performs our services remotely or at the customer's location; so there's no need for a store front.

What do your services cost?
Cost is dependant upon and relative to the service(s) being provided, but we do like to stay competitively priced while offering the highest-quality service to our customers. There are independent techs and companies who will work for less than we do, but when we have serviced their former customers, they've told us how expensive the other company's services were in the long run.
