Who is Pyramid
Technologies?
Pyramid Technologies is a family-owned IT company that is passionate about
providing support services to micro and small businesses who would like to have a one-stop IT solutions provider.
We understand your need for solutions that are both efficient and effective in time and cost in an often time-critical world.
While there are many products
and services available, often times your business only wants or needs
certain aspects of a product or service; and this is where Pyramid
Technologies can provide you and your business with solutions.
How long have you been in
business?
We have over 30 years experience, starting this company in 2004. We're based out of the Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota
area.
Do you have a shop or an
office I can come to?
No. In order to reduce overhead and stay competitive, we operate out of
a private office. We are primarily a servicing company that performs our
services remotely or at the customer's location; so there's no need for a store front.

What do your services
cost?
Cost is dependant upon and relative to the service(s) being provided,
but we do like to stay competitively priced while offering the
highest-quality service to our customers. There are independent techs and
companies who will work for less than we do, but when we have serviced
their former customers, they've told us how expensive the other company's
services were in the long run.
